About Still. Becoming
The name Still. Becoming reflects two ideas:
Still — creating enough space to pause, quiet the noise, and hear yourself again.
Becoming — recognizing that none of us is finished. We’re always growing, changing, questioning, and figuring out what comes next.
Sometimes the shift starts with a big decision. Sometimes it starts by finally admitting that something no longer fits.
Still. Becoming is about creating the space to figure out what’s true for you now — and what you want to do with it.
Hi, I’m Karen.
For more than 20 years, I’ve built a career leading projects, solving problems, navigating change, and helping people move complicated work forward.
But some of the most important decisions in life don’t come with a project plan.
I became a coach because I’m drawn to those moments — when someone knows something needs to change but isn’t quite sure what comes next.
The people I work with are often accomplished, thoughtful, and capable. They may be questioning a career they’ve spent years building, stepping into a bigger role, considering a completely different path, or trying to make more room for the parts of life they’ve pushed aside.
I’m not here to hand you the answer.
I’ll listen closely, ask the questions that help you get underneath the noise, challenge you when it’s useful, and help you turn what you discover into something you can actually act on.
You don’t need to have the whole next chapter figured out. We can start with what’s true right now.
